The Midland Youth Hostel 1 combines comfort, good taste and lots of great facilities to make sure that your stay in Bucharest is something to remember. Our staff speak English, Spanish and Japanese and they will help you with anything you may need.

It's very easy and fast to reach, and within 10 minutes walking distance from our place , you can find a supermarket , bistros and restaurants, bars and clubs (we are located in the bar/club zone of Bucharest), money exchange houses, travel agencies, train tickets agencies, banks, to say nothing of one of the oldest and most beautiful parks in Bucharest , the Cismigiu Park, which is only 1 minute away from our hostel. Staying here , you will be maximum 5 minutes away from the main points of interest of the capital: the famous House of People ( now called The Palace of the Parliament), Vlad Tepes' old palace, the National Theatre, the Opera house, the University, etc.

The Midland 1 sleeps 26, in 3 rooms:

Orange (10 bed room) and Red (12 bed room) are on the 1st floor, so the reception and laundry service are there. Internet is free, laundry is 7 lei/washing (=2 euros), and towel rent is 3 lei.

And a double room in another location, 5 minutes from the main hostel. There is NO air conditioning and NO internet access over there. There is a bathroom (with a shower) and NO kitchen.
