Situated in the heart of Barcelona, just around the corner from the historic Sant Antoni Market, and located on the edge of the old town, BCN Market Inn is a leisurely 12 minute stroll away from Las Ramblas, the Sea, Plaza Catalunya, Universitat, Raval, MACBA – Contemporary Art Museum and international skateboard hang out and Sonar Day venue, Gothic Quarter, Plaza Espanya, Fira Barcelona - home of the popular Bread an Butter & GSM Conferences… The area is full of restaraunts, shops and cafes and has a gym opposite. All the major sights are easily accessible via the 3 nearby metro stations: Green L3, Purple L2, Red L1.

At BCN Market INN we do our best to cater for all kinds of travellers with our selection of cosy Private Rooms for couples, friends and groups with shared bathrooms and cooking facilities, enabling guests to meet other travellers, exchange stories and plan nights out together on the town over a nice meal.

For Independent travellers that want a private bathroom and/or their own space, we also offer modern, stylish and spacious self-catering apartments consisting of one/two bedroom apartments with double bed, sofa-bed and extra singles ( for 2- 6 people), complete with bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. Perfect for groups of friends or families as guests feel they have their own “home away from home” for their time in Barcelona.

Terms & Conditions for BCN Market Inn APTS ---------------------

EXTRA GUESTS: Each apartment has a sofa-bed in the livingroom so 2 extra guests can be accommodated. Each additional guest is just €15 extra per night. Maximum 2 extra guests in each apartment. (6 persons Max in the larger apts) When you plan to have extra guests, please send us an email to let us know so we can supply the apartment with extra beds, linen and towels.

PLEASE NOTE: €200 SECURITY DEPOSIT Due on ARRIVAL. It is 100% REFUNDABLE and Returned at CHECK OUT.

Please note:

1- Payment in cash, due in full on arrival

2- Check in is after 12:00 midday, unless you arrange an early check in by email

3- For late arrivals there is a surcharge:

a.From 22:00 to 00:00 + 10 euros per room / +20 per Apt

b.After 00:00 (midnight) + 20 euros per room / +30 per Apt

c. After 02:00 (2AM) + 40 euros per room / Apt

4- Cleaning Fee of 30 Euros per Apartment (only for rooms with private wc).

5- €200 SECURITY DEPOSIT Due on ARRIVAL. It is 100% REFUNDABLE and Returned at CHECK OUT.

6- CANCELLATIONS: +72hrs: no charge :: less than 72 hrs before arrival: 1st night is charged :: same day or no-show: minimum-stay conditions apply
