All rooms are well cleaned and provided with all the necessary for a pleasant stay, well-maintained, some of them coming with air conditioning and minibars. Little pets are welcomed too.
At your disposal, garden, big balcony where is possible enjoy your breakfast, located in a calm, green area near the town walls, the Athena has its own grounds and terrace.
Conveniently located along a bus route from the train station and just downhill from Spoleto's top attractions. The room looked clean enough but was musty and the sheets felt slightly damp.
