It is also just 2 minutes from the SEA.

You can visit almost all the places by foot.

Wifi conection --> 1€ per 30 minutes.

Internet --> 1€ per 30 minutes.

Hot water (shower).

Keys for the hostel so you can come and leave as you please. No curfew.

Sheets: 3€/5€ (single/double).You can bring yours or rent them from us but they are MANDATORY.

Towels: 3€

Hair dryer: Free but 10€ deposit).

Safety box: 2€ per day.

Check-out at 10:00 and check in starts at 11:00 in the morning.

If you book a deluxe room you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. We will also ask for a 50€/100€ (room for two/room for four)deposit that will be returned upon your departure.

If you book a superior room or a standard room for 6 or 8 people, we will also ask for a 20€ deposit that will be returned upon your departure. There is no kitchen.

If you book a standard double room you will go to a hostel located in street Guardia (one block from LAS RAMBLAS) and one block from the metro station DRASSANES. You will have access to a small kitchen with a microwave, toaster and a refrigerator. We will ask for a 20€ deposit that will be returned upon your departure.

Sorry but NO PETS ALLOWED.

PAYMENT: You can pay by cash or by credit card. The minimum charge for credit card is 100€ and there will be an extra charge of 2% of per each transaction.

CANCELLATIONS: WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES PLANS CHANGE, BUT ALL CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE DONE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, OTHERWISE YOUR WHOLE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED (NO-REFUNDS).

ONCE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHANGES.

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND MAKE A NEW ONE.

AFTER YOU SUCCESFULLY MAKE A RESERVATION WE WILL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS TO YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS. IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM THE RESERVATION AT THE LATEST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL WE WILL CONSIDER IT CANCELLED.

WE WILL WAIT FOR YOU ONE AND A HALF HOURS AFTER YOU ARE EXPECTED. AFTER THAT WE WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD THE TOTAL AMOUNT.

RESERVATIONS MADE FOR CUSTOMERS FROM SOUTH AMERICA, CENTRAL AMERICA, ALGERIA, TURKEY, EGYPT, MAROCO, KAZAKSTAN, LATVIA AND FROM RUSSIA WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE AND THERE WILL BE NO-REFUND. IF THE CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED WE WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION INMEDIATELY.

CHECK- OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10:00 IN THE MORNING. IF YOU STAY LATER THAN 10:00, ONE NIGHT PLUS TAX WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY.

PAYMENT MUST BE DONE ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.
