They are inserted in ample park planted with trees of over 3o.ooo mqs with tennis and small foot ball, bottles and volleyball fields to service of 75 similar cottages that forms the residential complex 'Cala Rossa' (red cove) placed to an altitude of around 200 mt on the sea.

The proximity with the sea available, to about 10 minutes of street from the entry of the residence, (600 mt) is easily accessible with a shaded stairway interrupted by little terrace that it brings without work to the center of the small red cove. is able to create, in the summer, an ideal place for the people who tries to fully enjoy some relax of a bathing vacation alternating to the rest near the sea.
