-Check- in: 24 hours (but if after 23:00 you have to let us know before!

-Late check-in – reconfirmation of late arrival is necessary:

If you are due to arrive after 23:00 PM, please make a call to our reception to reconfirm your expected time of arrival. We expect your telephone call until 23:00PM on the reserved date in order to prepare your check-in. Thank you!

01:01 AM - 02:00 AM 15 Euros

After 02:01 AM 20 Euros

-Fees to be PAID IN CASH and IN ADVANCE (For credit card payments +1€ charge per night and per person).

CANCELLATION POLICY: The 10% deposit you paid to make the reservation is not refundable in any case of cancellation. If you fail to arrive or we get your cancellation within 72 hours before your day of arrival the first night fee will be charged. If the cancellation arrives between 4 to 15 days before the arrival 50% of the first night will be charged. Beyound 16 days notice there is no charge.

Note: Cancellations must be received in writing (letter or e-mail).
