Description: Scout House offers accommodation in the very centre of Banska Stiavnica, a UNESCO cultural sight - famous historical mining town in the mountains of central Slovakia.

The rooms vary from apartments with own shower to dorm-style rooms with possibility to use a sleeping bag (for low-budget travellers). Fully equiped kitchen, computers with Internet, large garden with fireplace and more is available to our guests.

The town of Banska Stiavnica is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Fund. The region offers plenty to see and enjoy - hot spa swimming pool in a natural cave, hunting castle with falconers, ranch with horse-riding , museum of mining - in a real mine... And then you can relax in a stylish teahouse or one of the miners' pubs.
