Hotel Ferretti is like a home-away-from-home. The owners do everything they can to make your stay both enjoyable and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable for the excellent location (close to the train station and city centre). A big bonus was the free email -
This is a wonderful little place to stay! The pensione has clean, cosy rooms and an exemplary staff. The hotel is literally minutes from everything, the staff speaks english fluently and I was very well taken care of. The hotel feels very much like a ski lodge - comfortable and informal - the guests sit around in the dining area and chat. After a lot of running around Florence all day, it was very relaxing. I am looking forward to my next visit.
