We are a student accommodation open only to the academic community. Please note that the residence is open to the university community, including students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc, all year round.

We offer modern rooms with lightning-fast wifi and other great features. Clear your mind and workout your body at the gym, then work on your tan at the pool.
Our rooms are fully-equipped, bright and spacious with a modern ensuite bathroom, a work desk and a comfy double bed. Air conditioning and flat-screen TV are included. Average Room Size: 12m2.
Location and surroundings
Live in the very center of the city 50 meters away from the Poble Sec metro station with a direct route (L3) to the Zona Universitaria. Playa Catalunya and Las Ramblas are three metro stops away, but there is plenty to discover along the stretch of Avinguda Para·lel, right outside our door.
