About Skyline Studio-Apartment (Downtown)
My place is perfect for you because is simple, safe, clean, comfortable and with an excellent location at Havana's downtown. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. Not for groups (capacity: 2 guests) but we can arrange accommodation in the same building or in the same block for another guests if needed. Thank you very much.
The building, where the apartment is located, is from 50's decade of XX century. It is close to Old Havana, Havana's University and to the social life of the city. One room with a separate private bathroom and separate kitchen.

Room types
Our apartment is an Studio-Apartment. Just c We have 2 single beds but we use it as independent beds and as king size bed. We supply clean towels, clean bed's sheets, cleaning services, bran new A/C, ceiling fan, too many light (several windows), etc.
Location and surroundings
My Studio-Apartment is located at downtown, surrounded by cafes, private restaurants, theaters, clubs, etc. Walking distance to Old Havana and to El Vedado. The best private restaurants in Havana (San Cristobal and La Guarida), are located close to my place. We are located close to several excellent coffee-shops for breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners.
Services and facilities
In the Studio-Apartment, all areas are for exclusive use to the client (not common areas), but outside the apartment, the common areas is the elevator and stairs. It is a very quiet and safe building, so no problem with the common areas of the building.
