You can access by walk to several touristic sites such as The Canal of St Martin for a romantic walk, the place of République for a nice bottle of wine, The Père Lachaise Cemetery, the Buttes Chaumont Parc. We are also at 5 minutes walk from the Oberkampf district to enjoy the french gastronomy in small restaurants, and typical bars.

When we arrived, the room was dirty with messy bed, used towel in the basin, cigarette ash and smell of cigarette. He cleaned the room after we complained, and placed air freshener. Narrow stairs and no lift (unsuitable for big luggage traveller). The bed was very Uncomfortable, be ready have sore back. We can't sleep well and also worried have bed bug. My friend got red itchy rash in her face. The location is near the metro, and easy to find restaurant and supermarket.
Good connectivity and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The building is old but clean.
