| Cancellation policy | The annulment of a booking before 15 (fifteen) days from the date of check-in (arrival) doesn't involve costs and it will be refunded the possible versed deposit. For the cancellation within the 15 preceding days the date of check-in or in case of No-show (missed arrival)it will be debited: •For the stays up to 3 (three) nights, the cost of the first night; •For the superior stays to 3 (three) nights, the 30% of the whole stay. In the case of versed deposit already all or part of it will be held back in the measure above exposed. The guests that for proper motives, not imputable to Minihotel Iris, they will anticipate their departure they must correspond in full the cost reserved stay. |
