Great location in a nice quarter. 10 minutes walking to the Cathedral and Plaza d'Espana. Accommodation in Sevilla is not cheap but Perez Montilla is good price/value ratio. Easy to reach the place with the Airport Bus. Friendly staff although not all speak good english.
