Room types
We have 7 rooms: 4 in the first floor and 3 in the third floor. Our rooms are sunny and bright and all provide a private bathroom with hot water around the clock.
Location and surroundings
We are located on a hill called El Itchimbia. 3 blocks from El Itchimbia Park with a 360 degree view of the city of Quito. Three blocks from main public transport Ecovia and Trolebus. There is a tienda(small market) right on the corner of our Guest House for small provisions such as fresh eggs, bread and drinks.

Marco is extremely friendly and helpful, and he also speaks English. You cannot beat the value, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Located on a hillside overlooking the old city, the location isn't the best: each day involves huffing up the side of the hill at least once! Not a lot of places to eat nearby, so you need to take a bus (5-10 min walk away), a taxi, or walk. Pluses include a kitchen, terrace with view, and living area available for everyone to use. And fast WiFi, too!
