NYC Summer Dorms offer clean dormitory accommodations for international students and interns in a downtown New York City campus. Spacious rooms with 4 students each. We are located 5 minutes away from downtown Manhattan (Soho, Canal Street, Greenwich Village) and walking distance to the Barclays.

Room types
Our interns are housed in dormitory rooms in our beautiful downtown Brooklyn campus. The rooms are quads (meaning that there are 4 people to a room,) and the floors are separated by gender. There is a shared common bathroom on each floor outside of the rooms. The NYC Summer Dorms campus is located just one block from the subway and just one stop away from downtown Manhattan. The campus has 24-hour security guards for both the campus as well as the dormitory building.
Location and surroundings
Our guests are mostly long-term international students & interns, so we have quiet hours starting at 10 PM in addition to a separate study lounge area where you can get your work done in peace.
Services and facilities
Wireless internet, linens, and housekeeping are included. Some things that are not included (but can be purchased locally) include:
- laundry (there is a credit-card operated laundry facility in the building)
- towels (available at the reception)
- toiletries
- personal appliances like hair dryers & irons
