The property possesses two rooms to produce both independent of the house, both have access to a common garden.
One of the rooms possesses two personal beds and the other one possesses a matrimonial bed and two personal beds. All possess bathroom peculiar with cold water and heat and services of towels and soap.
The rooms have conditioned air, fans,TV and music team.
Location and surroundings
We are situated in a quiet area, reachable from every place of the city:
Walking: only 15 minutes from Vedado, a commercial and residential area; 15 minutes from Havana University , where Spanish courses take place (every month); 10 minutes from Plaza de la Revolution and National Theatre; 10 minutes from Terminal National de Omnibus (main bus station); 35 minutes from Old Havana (Havana Vieja).

The tourists have a common area that is the back garden.
They can use the kitchen of the family(the room that doesn't possess kitchen) if they want to cook independent of the family, the room and the dining room of the house is to the service of the visitors. We offer breakfast, foods, we can coordinate classes of Spanish language, dance classes, tours in short of week. There is internet service to 6 blocks of the house.

Beutiful house. Great people. We really enjoyed our time in Havana and Ana Maria was very helpful in getting us around the city. The backyard was a great place to put our feet up after walking around the city.
Ana Maria is a very caring and immensely helpful host - it feels great staying with her. It's within walking distance of old Havana if you want to put the effort in, I'd recommend to simply take a coco or bike taxi. There's a good restaurant (Don PP) nearby as well. Highly recommended case!
