It's a Colonial House with central and wonderful Terrace unique in Havana centre houses, the terrace have a fountain in the corner you can spend your time reading the book, drink and enjoy the Havana life at night its a lovely place below the moonlight. Other thing is you ca stay in private room or in the apartment only for you in the same house.
All room are comfortable and have private bathroom with TV, Air conditioning refrigerator and Fan

Built in 1923, it has one studio apartment and other beautiful rooms.
The first room has comfortable bed and conditioning, private bathrooms (24 hours hot water), security box and phone.
The others 2 rooms have two beds, TV, frigged and conditioning.
PLEASE NOTICE: The "Family room 4 bed/s private with private bathroom" has 2 double beds with capacity for 4 people and also 1 possible extra bed if it's required.
Location and surroundings
Our house is in the really Havana centre close to Caribbean sea, the main Hospital in Cuba, restaurants, cafeterias, stores, The main Music House in Havana Centre, Old Havana and Vedado, we have around olders car very cheap fr to transport you at whatever part in Havana.

We stayed about 1 week in la terreza and it was absolutely lovely! Staff was very helpful,kind and friendly.Location is very good its really near to malecon and its in the centre.It was very clean and very very cheap better than a hotel.If we have a chance to visit havana again we will stay in there.Highly Recommended!!! -Alperen
The location has once been a very nice street, but after 20yrs the cubans living in this district managed to destroy the most of it. Anyway, the best accommodation with a terrace, freindly staf and owners. Very close to the malacon, you can see the ocean from the terrace and 10min walk to the main attractions and old havana. Will go back again soon. Thanks a lot for your hospitality Nora and Bill :-)
Owner cancelled my res after I had paid the deposit. I still have not received a refund 2 months later. Please do not use this website unless you want to lose your money. I ended up using AirBnB, which actually refunds your money in similar situations.
