The City-in-Hostel-B&B wanted to create a movement in his city that would bring travelers from all over the world, who want to discover Catania and its beauty, its smells and its traditions.

The City-in-Hostel is an old building that has 800 elegantly renovated completely in the summer of 2013, so it is just opened. Located in the heart of the historic center of Catania, where bars and restaurants abound, City-Hostel is located in front of the 'Castello Ursino'.

City- in Hostel B & B is located in the historical center of Catania next to the famous market town of fish ( in piscaria ) and 250 meters from Piazza Duomo with the cathedral and the elephant symbol of the city.Adiacent to the Hostel is Ursino Castle and ew steps via Crociferi, Greek Theatre,Piazza Duomo and Via Etnea , built in late Baroque style (Unesco Heritage ), where all the shops and focus during the night turns to give space to more than 120 pubs and clubs that made famous nightlife

Very central location.

This new hostel was very nice. The location in front of the castel was perfect, not so far for to enjoy the center of the city. It was clean and calm. The only thing I can say it was when I arrived the guy at the reception say me: "you will be in a room alone" and finally I was in a room with only mens at the begining and at midnight I have to change of bed and of room because the bed was finally occuped.
I really enjoyed my stay in City-in hostel Catania. This place helps my trip more interesting; except the thing I was changed my beds with my luggages were moved for one night, a little bit inconvenient. The staffs are nice and helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Sicily.
The hostel is just okay for a short stay if you have to catch early flight in the morning. In the mean time, the dorm room is so hot and difficult to get sleep and there is no air condition. Mosquitoes are also common this time in the dormitory and they haven't put any measure to control which I think they should.
