LeoHostel, Hostel in Lviv

I don't want to say bad thing, but I have to say truly. I don't expect to kind of hostel much usually, though. *No hot water in shower. *No kitchen, No refrigerator. *The building for hostel guest is separated and really old, ruined, roughly painted, and simply like ghost house. I wonder how they could think to have guests stay and welcome at such a place. *Toilet paper is prepared only 1 for some groups even though there're 2 and more toilet. 1 toilet is easily broken. So sometimes it's easily use up. *Dirtiness; Everything is really dirty including corridor, floor, door, beds, any facility because they don't clean except bed linen and trash bag. The staff don't keep it clean like with using vacuum cleaner or wiping the floor. *Steal guest's luggage; What make me upset was this; when I stayed here 2nd time, I put my luggage at luggage place beneath the stair as the receptionist says before check-in. When I came back to there for check-in again, My one luggage has disappeared and figured out the employee pick my thing and break it and picked my souvenir and foods I took effort to bring there. A while later, My bag was back without many thing and the reception compensated only 140 гри for many lost and mixing with cigarette ash which ruined everything in there. And she told me eventually we are not responsible for guest's luggage even though the thief who took my luggage is the employee. How ridiculous, this shows their treatment for guests. Too irresponsible and almost no management or care for hostels guest. So that's why most guests never stay here over 2 or more days with cancelling rest days, as far as I see. There will be many improvement for keeping guest there, what is true is it's not time to stay there right now. The biggest problem is their unwillingness to keep it clean. Hope they'd try to renovate again and clean up even once.
