We are a quirky hostel and Brighton's only hostel with views on the Royal Pavillion.
Kipps Brighton is a small hostel with a very personal touch, located only 500 metres from Brighton Pier; it provides accommodation in private rooms as well as dorms. It is Brighton's only hostel with views on the Royal Pavillion.

Room types
We provide accommodation in private rooms as well as in shared dormitories.
Private Rooms, Single/ Twins to Double Rooms have TV, Radio/CD player, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Shower and Wash basin.
Dormitory Rooms (for larger groups or individuals) have ensuite facilities and free security lockers.
Location and surroundings
What’s also unique about Kipps is the location, within walking distance from all main Brighton’s highlights such as the Pier and the Beach. The shopping area and the Lanes are not far away.
The gay village and South of England’s best gay and lesbian bars are also easily reachable.
Services and facilities
General facilities are well kept and looked after: there is a living area equipped with TV and with free Internet connection while Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel. There is also a license bar and an outdoor terrace.
We have a very intense social life at the hostel with themed nights and parties organized by the hostel staff that you can join.
