Description: Inner-city apartment living at hostel prices! Rooms are private, lockable singles or twins in shared apartments with lounge/dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens etc…. We do not have any dorms. Right in the Heart of Edinburgh!!

Budget apartment accommodation is available from 11th June until 5th September 2010.

Our Hostel is just 10 minutes walk from Waverley station and only 1 block from the Royal Mile. We are in easy reach of Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile and Grassmarket. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Edinburgh, whether in town for the Edinburgh festival, sightseeing, touring Scotland or working in a bar over the summer or at the festival in August.

Kincaids Court is situated on the Cowgate, equidistant from the Grassmarket and Holyrood Palace in a very popular part of the city. This comprises self contained, fully equipped flats for 3,4, 5 or 12 people. All have either twin or single private bedrooms sharing bathroom facilities (wc, whb, bath and shower) and have the use of a communal lounge and kitchen with sink, electric stove and fridge freezer.

Parking is available onsite at a cost of £9.00 overnight.

Self-service laundry facilities are available and washing powder can be bought at reception.

All rooms are equipped with telephones that are linked to reception. We also phone cards for external communication.

!!!!!!! Please be aware that a key deposit of £20 or equivalent credit card authorisation will be charged for each key that is issued!!!!!!!

September 5th is our last night of trade. Checkout time on September 6th will be strictly 8am. Luggage storage will not be available on this day.
