The hostel in general was ok,its position was the best possible,near to the center of Milan,close to the Metro station.We had serious problems with the heating of one room and the receptionists did not recognize absolutely anything...too bad!
Clean,quiet place. Good location, no problems with hot water and heating. Reception 24h with pleasant staff. Breakfast included was OK. Minimarket near.Personal lockers within the room. Fridge.Linen clean and in good condition.
best hostel ever. big enough room, clean and organized place. a bit hard to find the place, but once you find one, it is very very convenient.
