Bonaparte is a Nice apartment, fully refurbished featuring an antique white decor and modern furnishing. It has all comodities: air conditionning hot and cold, dish-washer, vitroceramic cooker, washing machine etc.) and a balcony with table and chairs ideal to enjoy valencian climate.

Located at the 4th and last floor of a tradicional valencian building (without lift), beside the Quart Towers, the apartment is perfectly located to discover the historic center and its restaurants, trendy bars, shops and numerous places of interest. It’s also only 30 minutes away from the city beaches by metro (stop Angel Guimera at 2 minutes).

The apartment is walking distance from the Turia Gardens that you can follow to the City of Arts and Sciences, the modern part of the city.

The apartment is 50 sqm in one big room, it sleeps up to 4 people with the use of a double bed and a double sofa-bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted, and you will be able to cook the fresh products bought at the Rojas Clemente market located at the end of the street, next to the supermarket Consum.

A set of towels per person and bed linen are provided for each stay.

For each stay there is a charge of 40€ for the cleaning and laudry, independant of the price per night, to be added at your total booking price.

Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you the reservation details with full address of the apartment, details of the remaining amount payable IN CASH at the check-in and the phone number of the person to contact at your arrival for the check-in

Minimum stay : 3 nights or more for special events.

At the check-in, we ask for a desposit of 150€ in cash, that we will return you at the check-out if the apartment is in the same conditions in which it was found at your arrival.

The check-in at the apartment is guaranteed from 15:00h. If you wish to arrive sooner, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to arrange a check-in hour at your convenience.

The check-out has to be before 11:00h. Should you wish to leave at a later time, we will do everything possible to adapt to your schedule.

Check-ins later than 21:00h carry an obligatory surcharge of 30€.
