Room that I booked was without window, which was a big surprise because on pictures looks quite different, but after asked to change room, we changed for little better with windows, but without WC, just with shower, washbasin and bidet. this "bathroom" was situated for a provisional curtain, in front of bad. Generally building where hostel was located - very old, especially was seen after ancient ceiling. Staff in reception very nice and helpful. Condition could be better but for this price was good, by the way in Lisbon doesn't spend time in hostel. So summary just for sleep is good place :) Localisation very good, 3 minutes walk to electric tram "28", and 10 minutes walk to metro station "anjos".
I didn't stay - it looked so seedy. Bathroom/toilet shared with 8 rooms. Bedroom like a cell & lock wasn't working properly (even manager couldn't work it), so I felt vunerable, & I had to book in at a hotel which was bliss. Sounded far better on the misleading website but I will never book into a hostel on my own again!. Manager was kind though.
Manager was very nice and helpful! Room that I booked was without WC, but it's no problem, and was clean. I can use WiFi and watch TV in own room. And I can get Free map and information. Location is very good, 5 minutes walking to metro station"Anjos". Thank u for good time!
