About us

The Mini-Hotel 'Old Flat' is situated in the historical center of St. Petersburg on the 1st Sovietskaya street, app. 12 near the metro station ‘Vosstaniya” (Rebellion Area) in 3 minutes walk from the Moscovsky railway station. It is an area with developed infrastructure (shops, cafes, bars, nightclubs and cinemas), where in a walking distance guests can find many tourist attractions (monuments, museums, parks, etc.).

The hotel has everything necessary for a comfortable living.

Consumer electronics: TVs, DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, washer / dryer, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, electric appliance, cooler, boiler, heaters.

Means of communication: Internet (wi-fi zone), landline telephone.

Household items: iron with a board, clothes dryer, kitchen ware.

Each room has all the necessary furniture (cabinet, rack for garments, table, chair, bed, bedside tables). One room has a real working fireplace.

The hotel has four rooms on the ground floor:

1. double room with double bed, shower room, toilet in the hall.

2. room for four persons with two single beds, sofa (+ extra bed), bathroom in the room.

3. double rooms with twin beds (+ extra bed), bathroom in the room.

4. double room with double couch, a bathroom in the room.

Four rooms on the top floor:

1. double room with double ottoman (ottoman can be divided into two twin + extra bed).

2. double room with double ottoman (ottoman can be divided into two twin + extra bed).

For these two rooms shower and toilet are in the hall.

3. five-bedded room, two fold-out double sofa, a chair-bed, (+ extra bed), bathroom in the room.

4. double room with double bed, a bathroom in the room.

The hotel also has a kitchen where guests can cook theirselves.

Standard accommodation: Room with shower and toilet, twin beds or one double.
