Cancellation

- If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

- If cancelled/modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Other Hotel Policies

- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the 1st night accommodation fee on credit cards 7 days prior to arrival.It is not a real charge, and it will be released by your bank within 10 business days, so the total payment still needs to be done upon check-in. In case of declined credit card, the hotel keeps the right to cancel the reservation.

- All public and private spaces are non-smoking.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please note that Heart of Amsterdam does not have an elevator, so expect traditional Amsterdam stairs.
