Casa Mercy is a very central and clean house with two cosy roof terraces. It is run by experienced hosts, Mercedes and Omelio. It was established in 1998.

Two bright rooms, upstairs, overlooking the street, private and separate from the rest of the house, two double beds (good mattresses) in one room and double bed and single in the other. Each room has its private bathroom, which is located just across the corridor.

Casa Mercy is right in the heart of town here so the location is good too.
Services and facilities
Good home cooking, vegetarians and children catered for, cocktail menu and rum tasting, a homely atmosphere.
The house also has 2 nice terraces where you can enjoy a drink from the fridge you find in your room, or a cocktail you can order.

Wonderful Casa and very helpful staff. I do not speak or read Spanish, so email communication with them was a little fuzzy, and we ended up arriving on a day for which they were already booked. However, they were great and phoned around town to help us find another place to stay! We stayed there on our return to Santa Clara, and it was great!
There was a slight miscommunication in our booking for one room for two nights instead of 2 rooms for one night. They were very understanding and organized another great casa just around the corner for us.
Unfortunately we suffered from food poisoning afterwards because of the dinner we had at Casa Mercy's. Most likely they used tap water when preparing dinner or cocktails...
Great casa particular! Location (one block from the main square) and cleanliness were the best qualities. And they also have wifi!
Very nice and modern casa with friendly and helpful guests and a great terrace on the top floor. It's a pity we only stayed for one night
