Pineta vista Mare - Apartment in Alcamo, Italy

The flat is ideal to stay in contact with the nature, rest and relax looking the spectacular view on the sea from a mountainous place. It find feet of the Bonifato Mountain and about 8 km far from the sea, entirely encircled by green.

It has the kitchen with spacious living room, three bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The house has two verandas, one entirely encircled by green and one sunny veranda with a wonderful vista of the landscape of Golfo di Castellanmmare. The apartment is surrounded by garden and private pinewood where you find and taste the fruits of own production.

The garden is equipped with dipped barbecue and pic-nic area for fantastic grilled and meals encircled by nature.

The holiday apartment is outside the city, without urban stress but also very near to the center of city, just 1Km from markets, shops, post office, pharmacy etc, 5Km from sea and just 2Km to go for a walk to wildlife reserve Bonifato’s Mountain.

Alcamo is near to tourist city Castellammmare del Golfo, near the reserve Lo Zingaro, Scopello, Segesta, Selinunte, Mozia, Erice, Monreale , San Vito lo Capo, and near city like Palermo, Trapani, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, Agrigento. Near airports, railway and highway.

We boast of marvellous sea with stone or sand.

Among other thing you can find where to enjoy yourself, ice skating, swimming pools, discos, festivities, minigolf, zoo, cinema, thermal baths and if you want you can go to horse riding, fishing, tennis, excursion caving and climbing.

We advise you to come with car or to rent the car here because the public transport is scarce.

PLEASE NOTE:

For the validity of the reservation is required a non refundable deposit of 20% of the amount, that will be charged from your credit card after the booking is done. The balance (70%) is upon arrival at the hotel.

To the price is to be added the expenses for the house cleaning (25 euro).
