RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

1) If you do not give us 72 hours notice of your 'no show' by e-mail or fax we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation

2) All modifications must be made directly with us at least three days prior to your arrival by e-mail or fax.

3) If the cancellation is not notified even after the deadline will be charged the total value of reservation.
