Location and surroundings
Our B&B is located a few minutes away from Rome’s Historical Center (The Colosseum, Saint Giovanni, Foro Romano, etc.). Besides these attractions, the casa Simpatia is surrounded by many Restaurants that offer the most authentic Italian cuisine (Pasta, Pizza, Salads, etc).
The terminal station is within minutes, in case you decide to travel by train, bus, or metro. Overall, Simpatia is the perfect place to stay while visiting Rome.

The entire staff was wonderful. Everything was perfect and the photos of the bed and breakfast a casa simpatia rooms were exactly as it appeared on the website. Our housekeeper paolo was especially competent, courteous and friendly.he property is a flat, you get one of its rooms. Very comfortable is the fact that you can come and leave anytime and that there is always a kitchen available. This helps you to feel like at home - it is much better than in a hotel. Paolo are very kind and friendly. This B&B is a good choice and is located very close to the Termini station Breakfast was great, fresh and with a good variety.
