From the B&B it is possible to comfortably reach the streets of the shopping, the colorful Rialto market, the characteristic bacari and the famous San Marco square. Thanks to the numerous connections with the center, the hosts will be able to visit important museums and monuments like Ca' Vendramin Calergi, seat of the Casino of Venice, Ca' D' Oro, the Galleries of the Academy, the Collection Peggy Gugghenheim.

We had a room two streets from the address mentioned in the brochure. Very nice, spacious and nicely furnitured room with refrigerator and clean bathroom. Located in the centre of Venice with breakfast served at 08:30. The host is a friendly guy with flexible work hours. definitely a go for a modest price
The location is quite close to the train station but if you want to get to attractions, you need to walk! But Venice is quite small, it won't tire you that much. The room was ok, the bathroom was ok, nothing fancy. The breakfast wasn't that good. But overall, the hotel worth its price.
Fantastic location only 10 mins walk from bus station. Owner really friendly, very helpful and room was nicely decorated, spacious and spotless. We would recommend this to any couple/travellers looking to spend a few days in central Venice.
very good location, easy access to train and bus station as well as city center, reasonable price, friendly and helpful owner a bit noisy at times from downstairs square but nothing too annoying
Very pleased with this hostel. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap but very nice place to stay in Venice. Close to train and transportation off the island. Quiet area - which makes it "homey". Little far from San Marco-but that can be a plus too! VERY very pleases with this B&B!
