Villa Marija is situated in a little tourist town of Podstrana, one of the most attractive in this part of Dalmatia, only 8 kilometers away from Split. Property is situated only few steps from beach with lots of contents. This pleasure and comfortable villa offers rooms and apartmens with favourable prices.Vicinity of beach, possibility of sea sports, drinking coffee in beach bars, or visiting restaurants with original Dalmatian food will make your holidays in Split more interesting and delightful.There are five apartments and seven rooms in house. All the apartments are well equipped and have WC, shower kitchen and balcony with a sea view. You can choose between apartment for two, tree or four people.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of reservation will be

charged.
