I HAD A DIFICULT PROBLEM PROBLEM TRYING TO FIND THE HOTEL AT AFTER MIDNIGHT. I HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL WHICH WAS LESS MONEY AND MUCH NICER. I WAS UNHAPPY THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR MY TWO DAY STAY EVEN AFTER I HAD CALLED THE ORIGINAL HOTEL AND TOLD THE MY STORY.
