Hotel Mari II is a family-run hotel. It is composed by 19 confortable rooms with private bathroom and TV. It is located in Rome near Termini railway station in a clean and quiet area at 20 minutes walking distance from Colosseum. No lift. Reception is open 24 hours at day. English and French spoken. We organize excursions.

Our friendly staff is always ready to help you and will do everything to make you feel at home. Credit cards are required ONLY to guarantee arrival. We do not charge in advance. We prefer to receive payments in cash upon arrival. Guarantee Policy: Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We require payment of your entire stay upon check-in. If guests fail to arrive, the credit card will be debited the rate of 1 room night.

Cancellation Policy:

If you book a private room to avoid charges of 1 room night, we must receive your cancellation via fax or e-mail no later than 72 hours before your check-in date.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION DURING YOUR STAYING.

If you book for more than one week and cancel at any time your booking first week amount is due.

If you book a bed in a shared room and you don't cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival day the whole amount is due.

Cancellation for groups are accepted until 20 days before arrival.

Continental breakfast, american breakfast and air-conditioning are extra.

Breakfast Room is open from 7-10 am. Continental breakfast is available for EUR 4,00 per person.

American Breakfast is available for Euro 5,00 per person.
