This renovated studio-apartment is located in between the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana (Arpoador) in a nice and small apartmentbuilding with 24 hours security and 2 elevators.

Arpoador is the small, cozy and very safe area right in between the beautiful and famous beaches of Copacabana (4 minutes walking) and Ipanema (8 minutes walking). Next door to, and around the apartment you will find: an internet-café, a supermarket, laundry service and several juice-bars and restaurants.

The studio is on the 9th floor so there is relatively little street noise.

This renovated studio has a blindex showercabin with gas-heated hot water; kitchenette with: microwave oven, 2 pits electrical cooker and a big fridge. The living/sleeping room has: 20 inch colour TV with DVD-player, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single sofabeds, small breakfasttable with 2 chairs, a stool and 2 ceilingfans.

The studio accommodates comfortably 2 or 3 people and of course towels and sheets are provided just like tourist information.

If only sleeping space is needed a 4th person can stay for a small extra fee.
