The bedroom is light and cozy with a queen-size bed, 2 bed side tables and a small wardrobe. The small kitchen is a perfect place for a family breakfast: there is a table, a microwave and a fridge here. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on the big private balcony of the living room. The apartment also has a washing machine making it very convenient for longer stays. As with all other City Realty managed serviced apartments, the apartment comes with satellite TV, free high speed internet, unlimited International landline calls and other amenities that will make your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.

Your apartment is located in the heart of Moscow, just a 2 minute walk from the famous Circus of Yury Nikulin on Tzvetnoy Boulevard. This is a very green district surrounded by parks and pedestrian areas. The Olimpiysky stadium is just north of the district. The nearest metro station is Tzvetnoy Boulevard (the grey line). You can take the underground to Pushkinskaya (1 stop away) or Arbatskaya (2 stops away). There is also a new metro station called Trubnaya (the light green line) nearby.

If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 7 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
