If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 7 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
