Hotel La Margherita - Hotel *** i Alghero, Italien

Located in the center of the town, 250 m from the marina and the cathedral, the hotel has 54 climatized rooms, with satellite TV, direct dial telephone (sockets suitable for modems), WI-FI, safe, fridge and hair-dryer in the bathroom . 27 rooms have a balcony, mostly with a view on the sea .

The hotel has a panoramic sun-terrace (in spring and summer, breakfast is served there), a garage (7 Euro per car a-day, 3 for motobikes, free for bikes) and a special agreement with a private beach (sandy, 2 Km away, reachable by public service, free entry and free use of dressing cabins and showers for our guests) and a restaurant (150 m away), where our guests can have a 7% discount on all the menus, except the touristic one .

Quite soon (February 2010 or about) we will open our WELLNESS CENTER (massage rooms, turkish bath, sauna, small indoor heated pool with hydromassage) . THe use of the pool will be free of charge .

From the touristic port You can get by boat to the grottoes of Neptune, natural caves at sea level, under Capo Caccia (reachable by car too: to get to the grottoes there is a stairway of 650 steps) .
