Beskrivelse: A cosy apartment beside Termini station ,very central,last year renovated,Walter and MaryLuise innkeepers ,with 2 bedrooms en-suite( private bathroom) of superior category (high value fornitures) , rooms at top floor ,quiet,silence,sunny,as soon as restored,with all facilities such as breakfast,tv in the room.It is located ten minutes by foot to the main train station Termini and 7 minutes to the Coloseum and all the other main attractions ,well linked at metro stop Vittorio.Breakfast includes coffee or tea,italian bread toasted slices,croissant,little tarts,plumcake,cookies,jam,honey, and NUTELLA chocolate paste.Cheap pick up service with my car or driver from/for both the airports of Rome,Fiumicino or Ciampino.

-CANCELLATION POLICY-It's allowed to cancel without any penalty only untill 48 hours before the date of check-in (12 AM )and if not we debit 2 first nights of the stay.

I recommende also to keep your credit card available to block the first 2 nights of the stay as guaratee of the respect of our CANCELLATION POLICY.If the credit card is not valid or outdate,The reservation will be considered not realible.

SPECIAL OFFER-in our list you can find a special promotional offer for a bed for less than only 10 Euro per night.This special offer is valid for the same person for only 1 night.We recommended NOT to book it for more 2 consecutive nights.

---IMPORTANT--We also accept big groups of guests(please before ask us the availability) or more room reservations,so we accommodate if necessary our guests in another apartment with standard bedrooms with shared or private WC locate also here the same area very close,around piazza(square)Vittorio Emmanuele,with the same facilities at the same price.Once our guests arrived here via Bixio #9 ,our staff will provide your accommodation.

INFO PAYMENT-The payment is possible cash at the check in.We prefer cash,but when the balance cash is not possible,also CREDIT CARD is accepted,but there are 2% of bank espenses.

--For the next days We give you the door keys so there is no curfew.

-check-in allowed after get ready and clean the room.
