1. All cancellations must be carried out 7 days before the arrival date.

2. In the event of a late cancellation Federico Suite has the right to charge the first night’s accommodation.

3. In the event of a no-show Federico Suite has the right to charge the full amount of the booking.

4. If the guest decides to leave the guesthouse earlier than the original booking dates Federico Suite has the right to charge the full amount of the booking.

5. 10 days before arrival Federico Suite will pre-authorize your credit card with the first night amount. This amount will be definitively charged only if you make a late cancellation or a no show, otherwise it will be unblocked and you'll normally pay the balance at the check in. If the pre-authorization fails Federico Suite will ask you to provide a valid credit card, otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost.

6. All the extra fee mentioned above will be charged directly from the credit card provided to book.

Cancellations must be made via the users My Club account or directly with the establishment by fax or email.
