The Priest Home was founded by late Mgr. Ignace Ziadeh in 1991.

The Priest Home, (Beit El Kahen in Arabic) is a sanctuary perfect for anyone seeking a place of solitude and serenity. Placed on the top of a hill, it has a panoramic view of the sea, the surrounding countryside, and the peaks of Mount Lebanon.

The Priest Home is the perfect place to retreat, reflect, and rejuvenate one’s soul. Meditate in the beautiful quiet chapel, or in one of the many serene gardens around the property.

At Priest Home there are 20 rooms with 1 to 4 beds. Each room is equipped with a private bath.

Total occupancy of 64 persons.

There is a beautiful small chapel (in the main building).

The many gardens on the property provide perfect spots for meditation and contemplation.

Rates: Starting $15 per person (including 3 delicious home cooked meals per day).

Special group rates are available.

Priest Home is ideal for group retreats, it provides:

-The amenities needed for lectures and workshops.

-A conference room (equipped with overhead projector and PC compatible, a sound system, and more).

-A large library (with a collection of over 38,000 books and manuscripts in French, Arabic, and English).

-Local produces are also available: crafts, preserves fresh fruits & vegetables...
