apartments nina & anita - Wohnung in Dubrovnik, Kroatien

Welcome to Dubrovnik, Croatia - the pearl of Adriatic coast. Come and enjoy in one of the most preserved natural and historical places, clean Adriatic Sea and sunny Mediterranean climate.

We offer you 2 fully equipped apartments, one in the ground floor with a garden (apartment Anita - standard double bed private with WC) and one in the 1st floor (studio apartment Nina - studio apartment double bed private with wc). Each apartment has its own separate entrance. There is also a house-owned parking place and a garage. Both apartments are for two persons. In apartment Anita we can provide 2 extra beds in the living room (for families with children).

Each apartment has a terrace with tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and deck-chairs where you can enjoy in the sun.

The apartments are situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, only 900 m away from the Old Town (10 - 15 minutes walking distance) in a very peaceful area . It takes you nothing but a few minutes to stroll to the beach and the Old Town. Our apartments are air-conditioned. Free Internet access available in each apartment,(WI-FI). Enjoy exploring the Old Town with all its fascinating monuments, museums and other sightseeing options, while being able to return in short time to your apartment.

Besides these two apartments we also rent one big apartment 'guest house Nada'.

It has three rooms, a shared kitchen with dining room and a few days ago(February 2012), fully renewed bathroom!!

Two rooms are with double beds (standard double bed private shared wc) and one is with 3 beds (standard 3 bed/s private shared wc).

This guesthouse is perfect for big families, up to 8-9 persons or others who have no problem to share a bathroom and a kitchen.

They are situated in the same house as the apartments Nina and Anita.

IMPORTANT: Rooms include all stated facilities except air-conditioning and secured parking place since it is reserved for apartments first. But if the guests in the apartments don't need a parking space, our guest in the rooms are more than welcome to use it.

We put only few pictures of our apartments, mostly 'nina' and 'anita',because no place for more pictures on site!!

But we send pictures on request!!

*At request we provide the transportation service from the airport at a favorable price.

**Please be careful when you are booking the room or apartment, because the names in the table have similar descriptions.
