If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 14 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus EUR 50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 2 nights' accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 14 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
