One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a wardrobe with mirrors, the other – a double bed and a writing desk. The living room comes with a double pull out sofa, a dining table and a TV on a stand. The kitchen adjacent to the living room is well equipped with everything you might need to make homemade meals - there is a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a kettle and of course there are plates, forks, cups and mugs. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a washing machine. There are lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops, Internet cafes and bars in this area. The location of this apartment gives you many opportunities to relax and have fun, as well as to live and travel within the Saint Petersburg city center.

If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 14 days before check in, the Customer’s money will be refunded minus a EUR 50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 2 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 14 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer’s reserved departure time.
