Popis: 'Casa Niña Maria' is a new building surrounded by old oak-trees in a very peacefull atmosphere, 40Kms. from Madrid and about the same distance to the main monumental Castillian cities such as Segovia,Avila,Toledo, ... Is very well comunicated by public transport,bus and train,with these cities. The two stored house,is in the urbanization Los Arroyos,near the lake of Valmayor.

My daughter Maria and me, Rafael, will try our best to make your stay with us a very pleasant one.

It has three bedrooms with private bath, terraces and garden, to welcome our visitors.

The one called 'Rafa's room' is fully adapted for the handicapped. The one called 'Buhardilla' it has one double bed and a sofa(also double bed) where, very comfortable, can be two, three or four people.

Tea facilities in the room, breakfast, daily clean services, TV, Wifi... is included in the price.

The living room is spacious and bright, with a fireplace and two French windows leading to the garden and it offers a surprising and attractive contrast of styles.

On one side of the living-room there is a staircase leading to the cellar, the bodega and an extensive library. On the opposite side of the living room another set of stairs flanked by in-door plants, which takes you to the attic suite or 'Buhardilla'.

The kitchen is one of the most charming and pleasant rooms in 'Casa Niña Maria'. It is very spacious and full of light with a splendid fire place. Open to the garden through a glass door, it also has an elegant bay window. It is maybe the ideal place to have a delicious breakfast and plan the day ahead.

In “Casa niña Maria” there is also an extensive library, a computer with Internet and wi-fi access, Satellite TV in the lounge or in the bedrooms and a substantial collection of films on DVD.
