CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours before day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the first night as penalty. Cancellation during the stay: hotel will charge 50% of the total cost of the remaining stay.

For the following periods: During the Pitti Fair (January and June) - 10 days before arrival day to avoid any charge. In case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure the hotel will charge the entire amount stay.

According to the city council resolution, from 1st July 2011 the city of Florence will introduce the Tourism Tax. This applies to non residents staying overnight.
