* For all check-ins that are made in reception hours from 21:00 to 01:30 hours (not later), as long as we are informed, we will provide the customer with an access code to the establishment, which is sent by email, to which you must reply informing that you have received the code. In this email you will also be informed of where the reserved room is located. The payment of the reservation will be made the following morning.
If we are not informed by the guests that they will arrive outside reception opening hours, the establishment will not be able to provide you with the access code and will not be responsible for the check-in. |
