Welcome to OLA Backpackers Hostel & Apartments!

We provide free coffee, tea and traditional Portuguese bread with local jams and butter all day, free linens, free wireless web, including in the rooms, and a computer with all the connections for the travelers that cannot carry one.

OLá backpackers:) HOSTEL is a cozy, little and typical Portuguese house, in the middle of historic center, with a friendly style environment, that welcomes every travellers with a big and warm smile. Here, you will live like the Portuguese people do, with all the confort, equipment and care needed to make your staying unforgetable.

THIS SHARED FACILITIES APARTMENT HAS A FRONT-DESK THAT WORKS WHENEVER IS NEEDED. But we are reachable by phone from 9am to 6pm. And always available for emergencies.

We try to provide all the information you might need. Here you can ask for help, tips, maps, tours, special walks, car rentals, buggies, laundry, etc. We post, weekly, sugestions about events, exhibitions, places, restaurants, nightlife and all the fun that happens around the city.

THE WEB works 24/7. You can either use our computer or connect your own to our wireless. We will provide you an acess code.

We have a SMALL LIBRARY with books and guides about Lisbon, a good selection of Portuguese traditional MUSIC (Fado) and new music among some other worldwide music, a vast DVD collection and a DVD player.

For the travellers that would liked to try the Portuguese way of cooking, we had put together SIMPLE AND HEALTHY PORTUGUESE RECIPES, along with free olive oil, sea salt, spices, vinegar, garlic, onions and a dish washer in a very typically tiny kittchen.

We can assure you though that it is a great place to have the real Portuguese experience – a calm, long, healthy and delicious MEAL. Come and C 4 yourself. U have to feel it to believe it ;-)

OLa backpackers! is a typical, comfortable and cozy Hostel. The facilities (the full equipped kitchen, where is actually possible to cook, and a bathroom) are shared. It has 3 bedrooms!

ROOMS:

-single room.

-twin (bunk bed).There is room to set an extra-bed upon arrangement.

-double twin with two bunk beds + extra bed. This room includes a small outside area with a summer shower.

EXTRA CHARGES:

- additional 1 euro for each set of bath and foot towels

- additional 3 Euros for every check in between 8pm-10pm and Saturdays. 5 Euros for check-ins after 10pm, Sundays and Portuguese holidays.

- 2 Euros each security locker. (by booking)

- additional 2 Euros for one night bookings.

WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH. EVERY TRAVELLERS SHOULD PAY UPON ARRIVAL.
