Very centrally located! Very safe Area ! Our nice guest rooms in an beautiful original historical building are right on the Kaiserdamm, a main boulevard in Berlin. !! Our guest enjoy the privacy after a long journey. No hassle, no problems, no disturbance. !!

The Underground Station Kaiserdamm (Line U 2) is only 3 min. away by walking. You can visit almost all tourist sights with the Line U2 both in the City West, in Mitte, in Prenzlauer Berg and in the City East.

Right next to our House is the Fairground Berlin, the International Congess Center (ICC), the central Bus station (ZOB). In walking distance the Olympic Stadium, the Castle Charlottenburg and the famous Kurfüstendamm.

All guest rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a cable TV, a dining table with chairs and a wardrobe.

Bedclothes and towels are all inclusive.

For you main comfort we have constructed the separate sanitary facilities completely new. The Showers and Toilets are located outside the rooms - but inside the beautiful and very large apartment.

FREE OF CHARGE at ANY TIME: Continental BREAKFAST and ALL HOT DRINKS - in self service.

FREE WEBACCESS with a fast internet connection.

You can use the fully equipped kitchen and you can put your groceries into our extra fridge for the guests.

For individually tours we rent out bicycles (10 €/day).

You can take your Room keys out of the Safety Box at any time of the day.
