| Accés per a cadira de rodes | Limited wheelchair access (some common areas and/or some rooms).Due to the layout of the building, Clink261 is not accessible for wheelchair users, however, our sister hostel, Clink78 is perfectly adapted for our disabled guests. Guests in wheelchairs have a separate entrance into Clink78. This entrance is located down the left side of the building, along Great Percy street, opposite the Boris bikes. This is the second door on the side of the building. There is a small buzzer that guests need to press then a member of staff will come and help you in. In the hostel, we have an elevator which goes to all floors apart from our girl’s only section of the building. As our building was built over 200 years ago, we are unable to change the layout of the building to incorporate an elevator in this section. On the ground floor of the building we have a disabled shower and toilet, fully fitted with emergency alarms and handles. When making your booking with us, please can you get in touch with a member of staff in the reservations team so that special arrangements can be made in regards to your room allotment so we can give you the most accessible rooms and beds. Termes i condicions
| Política de cancel·lació | If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to notify us by email (the exact email address is provided on your confirmation paper) at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date by 2.30pm (and 7 days before the arrival dates of the 29th, 30th and 31st of December). However, if you only let us know within 48 hours before your arrival date, or fail to show up on the arrival date, you will be charge in full for your stay. If you fail to show for your booking, your full booking will be cancelled. If you arrive a day late without informing the hostel, we will try and find you a bed, but this may not be in the same room type booked and may incur extra charges.In the event of a no show the hostel charges all nights on customer's credit card |

Note that all our dorms are mixed unless a girl dorm is booked. Bookings cannot be accepted from any underage person unless they are accompanied by an adult over 18. They will be refused check-in. When booking dorm beds in dorm rooms, we cannot guarantee that you will all be staying in the same room. We suggest booking private rooms if you don't want your clients to be split. In the event of Force Majeure (governmental action; fire; flood; insurrection; earthquake; power failure; riot; explosion; embargo, transportation interruption of any kind; terrorist attack; acts of God… ) affecting your booking, the company reserves the right to receive any outstanding payments in connection to your confirmed booking.false |
